On a regular basis, Scenic for Events collaborates with the historic Convento do Beato meeting space. This time, an audiovisual production company from the United Kingdom contracted us for their event.
With a dedicated Account Manager overseeing the project and a skilled deco team, we successfully installed a large stage, complete with carpet and a stage skirt, a pipe-and-drape backdrop, and an AV Tec Drape surround system to cover the AV equipment by the control area. After weeks of planning, site visits and a successful event delivery, our client was delighted with the final result, and we look forward to partnering on further events.
