Llotja de Barcelona
Llotja de Barcelona is a popular venue for award ceremonies, gala dinners, and corporate events throughout the year. Scenic for Events regularly works at this historic 18th-century neoclassical building, a leading example of neoclassical architecture in Barcelona.
For companies attending Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) and Mobile World Congress, Llotja de Barcelona offers a beautiful setting for product launches and corporate presentations.
For this event, we installed a full surround for the LED wall and stage. We added fascia panels to give the stage an elegant look from the front and sides. To keep AV equipment and cables out of sight at the production tables, we used a Wentex pipe-and-drape system for a neat finish.
If you’re interested in custom printed fabric backdrops, please visit our product page to see the full range of features and uses.
In addition to printed backdrops, we provide a wide range of event equipment, including pipe and drape systems, beMatrix frames, event furniture, event stages, and other scenic elements.
This setup allows us to support events of any size, including conferences, exhibitions, brand activations, and corporate meetings.

Any rental company can provide event materials, but what sets us apart is our focus on communication and service. As soon as we receive a project, we assign a dedicated project manager who reviews the details and starts working with the customer right away.
Nowadays, there are many modular systems on the market, such as Aluvision and beMatrix. They are ecological products that can be reused. For Scenic for Events, it is important to use eco-friendly products, such as modular frames, recycled cardboard products, and to use low-emission transport. Our team is dedicated to helping the event industry become greener.
Scenic for Events is known for having a large selection of Wentex pipe and drape systems. Our pleated drapes come in black, white, grey, and blue. We have more than 100 stage risers in various sizes and heights, enabling us to set up multiple event stages simultaneously. Along with beMatrix, Aluvision, and a range of furniture, our inventory makes us a versatile event rental company.
