EPIC SANA Lisboa
Several times a year, Scenic for Events delivers furniture to the beautiful EPIC SANA Hotel in Lisbon, Portugal, for various clients. This time, we were contracted by an event production company from the United Kingdom for their event.
With a dedicated senior project manager overseeing the project and a skilled deco team, we successfully installed a variety of furniture, including sofas, coffee tables, high tables, bar stools, armchairs in different colours, plinths, and outdoor furniture. After weeks of planning, site visits, and seamless event execution, our client was delighted with the final result, and we look forward to partnering on further events.

In addition to furniture rental, we offer a variety of event equipment, including lightboxes, pipe and drape systems, beMatrix systems, stage decks, and other scenic pieces. This means we can help with events of any size, from conferences and exhibitions to brand activations and corporate meetings.
Scenic for Events is a full-service event company. We help our clients from the first idea through setup at the event site. Let´s connect and talk over how we can style your event.
Any rental company can provide event materials, but what sets us apart is our focus on communication and service. As soon as we receive a project, we assign a dedicated project manager who reviews the details and starts working with the customer right away.
Nowadays, there are many modular systems on the market, such as Aluvision and beMatrix. They are ecological products that can be reused. For Scenic for Events, it is important to use eco-friendly products, such as modular frames, recycled cardboard products, and to use low-emission transport. Our team is dedicated to helping the event industry become greener.
Scenic for Events is known for having a large selection of Wentex pipe and drape systems. Our pleated drapes come in black, white, grey, and blue. We have more than 100 stage risers in various sizes and heights, enabling us to set up multiple event stages simultaneously. Along with beMatrix, Aluvision, and a range of furniture, our inventory makes us a versatile event rental company.
