Círculo de Bellas Artes
At the historic Círculo de Bellas Artes in Madrid, the HERA Info Day brought policy talk to a classic setting. This was not a public event. It was a working day on EU health security, funding, and cooperation.
Organised by the European Commission, the programme focused on how Europe prepares for future health crises. Sessions ran in English and Spanish, with a virtual option for remote guests.
AVRental247 Group managed the audiovisual setup and engaged Scenic for Events for scenic design. Our team installed stage carpeting and an AV surround drape kit, ensuring all technical equipment remained discreetly out of view.
