Scenic for Events

Valencia

Fira València

At the Convention and Exhibition Centre of Feria Valencia in Spain, a leading London-based event agency hosted a large-scale event. Our deco team installed over 250 meters of Wentex white pipe and drape systems to divide the venue and give it an elegant look.

The Wentex pipe and drape rental system is quick to set up. The drapes attach to the tubes with Velcro, enabling quick setup and easy dismantling. This system works well for conferences, exhibitions, and corporate events where flexibility matters.

At Scenic for Events, we turn empty venues into elegant event spaces. We handle planning, delivery, installation, and removal.

Wentex pipe and drape

In addition to the white pleated pipe and drape, we also stock black, blue, light grey, and dark grey from Wentex, a trusted name in the event industry. Choose a colour that fits your event and try something besides standard black. A simple change in drapery can give your space a different feeling. Let´s connect and talk over how we can style your event.

WHY CHOOSE SCENIC FOR EVENTS?

Customer

Any rental company can provide event materials, but what sets us apart is our focus on communication and service. As soon as we receive a project, we assign a dedicated project manager who reviews the details and starts working with the customer right away.

Dedication

Nowadays, there are many modular systems on the market, such as Aluvision and beMatrix. They are ecological products that can be reused. For Scenic for Events, it is important to use eco-friendly products, such as modular frames, recycled cardboard products, and to use low-emission transport. Our team is dedicated to helping the event industry become greener.
